Wow, this is such a great question.
For many years it's been an Italian word,
dolcisonante, which is an archaic adjective that describes the sweet sound of a musical instrument being played (dolce=sweet).
I still like it a lot for the way it sounds when pronounced, but if I had to choose solely for the meaning, I would probably pick
selenophilia, a word that perfectly describes my love for the moon!
