Sometimes I ask myself about creativity: does it only come from talented people, or can artistic things see the light by sheer accident?
In my first post I supported the work of a little girl who, despite her age, shows a very clear artistic vision.
I think there’s no doubt the less influenced you are by social conventions, the more you can play with your creativity and enjoy exploring your artistic side.
This time I’m going a little further, though, as I wonder whether creative things can be the results of pure chance.

The silent sea of the soul

Today I have taken the time to have a look at all of those pictures that are still on my hard disk, unshared.

Macros, landscapes… and even a few cute self-portraits that were never going to be seen, apparently for no reason. The picture above was one of those. I had already chosen a title, which is the same one I have used for this post. Maybe in the definition I had given to this place lies the reason why I was so jealously hiding (and protecting) it.

A Frozen Tale – “Ave Maria”

I would like to start this blog circle project talking about something spiritual.

First of all, though, I need to say something about my religious beliefs. To keep it short, I believe in God, but not in religions and dogmata. I think Deism is the philosophy which better (but not fully) explains my opinions on the matter. I always do my best to help those who are in need and be kind to other people, respecting animals and the environment as well – and this is to me the greatest reward.
